I never expected him to write back or comment on my humble website (though I'm sure some of my friends could do some great things with his IP address)...I simply had to make the offer in the interest of good sportsmanship. I can't imagine any reasonable argument that could be presented by ANYONE in his favor. Either he accepted a shoddy story and took it upon himself to fix it, or he perpetrated butchery upon a publication-worthy story which he was only entitled to make minor corrections to without author approval. Having workshopped more than one of Mandy DeGeit's stories, I'm coming down in favor of the latter. Even if the former were true, Tony G is still a cretin.
